Girls Defend offers trainings for your business, community group or school year-round. These classes empower individuals, strengthen teams, and prepare students to set effective boundaries in daily life and in worst case situations.
LIVES & LECTURES
Defense isn't simply physical, it's mindset and behavior. Our IG Lives and private bookings cover adaptive topics relevant to current times and challenges.
Conversations on boundaries, internet safety, sisterhood, and situational awareness are but a few subjects offered as separate bookings or a combined event.

At Girls Defend, we don't just go through the motions. We know the best way to learn is through doing. Many of our defenders have spent their lives afraid of the imagined pain of being hit. Here, we face our fears together.
